Our recent update may have been mostly for back-end speed and efficiency, but it’s also allowed us to add some much requested new features.

Today, we’re happy to announce the following:

1. We’ve added InfluenceRank scores to the CSV download. Now you can see just how influential each author is, right in your Excel reports!
2. We’ve improved the Sentiment scores in the CSV files too. Prior today, they would only show if you have pulled up the results in your dashboard. Now they are included regardless.
3. This next one is for our awesome API customers. We’ve added InfluenceRank scores and Sentiment scores to our API output. Now you’ll see the InfluenceRank scores (out of 100) and the Sentiment score. For sentiment, you’ll see both positive and negative numbers returned, so you can fine-tune your own sentiment scoring to a more granular level than just “negative” or “positive. We’ve updated the output at the bottom of our API documentation.
